What is GTI?
We are GTI, an Islamic youth group created by and created for young women.
As an all-girls group, GTI is a safe space for all members to share their spiritual journey and personal struggles and achievements.
We strive to strengthen the Muslim community and spread the true beauty of our religion.
What We Do
Create Unity & Confidence Among Young Muslimahs of Our Generation
Above all else, everything that GTI does in this dunya is for the sake of Allah. Through our actions, we strive to fulfill our duty to Him and attain success in both worlds.
In GTI, we create self-confidence in young Muslim women through halaqas, discussions, education, and more. In a world where misogynistic culture is often confused with Islam, we unite all women, encourage assertiveness, and cultivate a sisterhood like no other.
Connected with youth from all over the USA, we hold monthly virtual halaqas and coordinate nation-wide events, such as volunteering, interfaith programs, and recreational activities.

At GTI, we believe that having Islamic knowledge is what will truly make us love and cherish our faith. We hold discussions, halaqas, and invite various speakers in order to become more a more knowledgeable youth. We meet monthly every second Sunday at 3pm CST to talk about various topics that can help us relate to Islam in our everyday lives!
Islam is not just a set of rules. In fact, we are encouraged to have fun and create friendships! Every three meetings, we have social days where we play fun games, chat, watch movies, and other fun activities. These activities help strengthen bonds with one another and forge strong friendships!
